Bloom & Bond is a gentle, outdoor mindfulness class designed for infants and their caregivers. Rooted in connection, sensory exploration, and garden-centered activities, this class offers a peaceful space to slow down, engage with nature, and bond with your little one.
What to Expect:
🌱 Sensory garden experiences – Safe, hands-on exploration of herbs, flowers, and water.
🌿 Take-home herb planting – Grow calming, aromatic plants to continue the experience at home.
💨 Mindful breathing & relaxation techniques – Simple practices for caregivers and little ones.
👐 Tactile play & sensory bins – Engage tiny hands in nature-inspired discovery.
☀️ A calming outdoor setting – A space to connect, reflect, and enjoy time with your baby.
This class is designed to help caregivers slow down and be present, while introducing infants to the beauty of nature in a way that is safe, soothing, and developmentally enriching.
🌿 This is a multi-week series, and families enroll for the full session.

Course Information
Class will be held rain or shine and in all weather. We will move inside the greenhouse or in the gazebo if needed. Class will only be cancelled if there is severe weather. You will receive an email in the morning informing you if we won’t have class.
Email is the primary method of communication. I will email course updates (such as cancellations or class preparedness) the day before or the morning of. Please check your emails during that time.
There are no refunds. Payment for all classes must be made in advance. In the event of a class cancellation, an alternative class date will be set.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure the safety of their child and come prepared for class. Recommended safety measures include applying bug spray and sunscreen where age appropriate, hats, sunglasses, secure footwear, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. This is a nature-based class, so come prepared for your child’s exploration! Although all classes are planned with safety in mind, by enrolling in this session, you assume all responsibility for any accident or injury.
Scholarships and Donations
Scholarships are available for families who are unable to pay tuition. Donations are also accepted if you’re interested in further supporting GoodRoots.

Classes are $25 each, full amount charged at enrollment ($100 per family)
